Terms of Service

By installing or using FaxJet, or by sending a fax from the FaxJet website, you agree to these Terms of Service and the FaxJet Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use FaxJet.

FaxJet is a mobile fax application and a website that transmit documents you provide to recipient fax numbers via a regulated fax gateway. We do not guarantee successful delivery to every recipient. Receiving fax machines may be busy, off, or misconfigured. Failed transmissions incur no charge.

Sending faxes requires an auto-renewing subscription: FaxJet Pro Weekly ($9.99 per week), Monthly ($29.99 per month), or Yearly ($99.99 per year, or $49.99 per year where the app offers it), or FaxJet Business ($49.99 per month) for higher volumes. Prices are in US dollars and may vary by country. There is no free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel from iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Sending is subject to fair use: Pro covers up to 500 pages and Business up to 1,000 pages in any 30 days, fewer to countries with higher carrier rates. FaxJet tells you before a fax would go over the limit.

On the website you pay for each fax once, before it is sent, with no account and no subscription: $2.99 for up to 10 pages or $4.99 for 11 to 30 pages to the United States or Canada, and the price shown before payment for other countries. Payments are processed by Stripe.

If a fax cannot be delivered after FaxJet’s automatic redials, the full payment is refunded to the original payment method automatically. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. A fax that was delivered is not refundable, except where the law requires it.

You agree not to use FaxJet to transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send the documents you fax.

We may suspend or terminate access to FaxJet if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or applicable law. We may also suspend service for non-payment or fraud risk.

FaxJet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynex Studio disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Lynex Studio’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of FaxJet will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
